Re-circulated water from an ice-bank allows you to automatically chill food once cooked, perfect for storing food safely.
The seven speed stirrer reduces the need to open the lid. So heat and steam are trapped inside the kettle, saving you energy. The scraper stops food sticking and burning on the sides of the kettle and can be adjusted to the speed you need.
The gas spring lid allows it to open effortlessly. The hinged stainless steel lid also won’t heat up, keeping staff safe from burns.
This efficient kettle heats to one bar of atmospheric pressure, which is 120 degrees C. The kettle heats to the temperature of the food required, improving efficiency and food safety. Water flow is also controlled electronically from the easy to read digital panel and is accurate to one decimal point.
The simple heat setting ranges from one to nine. Heat milk gently and slowly on a setting of one, or pasta quickly and rapidly on a setting of nine.
Litres are etched into the bowl of the kettle, so you can quickly see the volume of product.
