Michelin chefs and food van cooks can easily deliver amazing, consistent results by managing the grill’s airflow. Simply control the heat from the hot embers while cooking meat, fish or vegetables.

The Mibrasa oven and grill combination cooks faster and cleaner than open grills. It also uses 40 percent less charcoal. Easily serve 160 diners. Cook food between 250 degrees C and 350 degrees C for an entire service and minimise wastage by controlling the heat output through air vents.

The Mibrasa oven comes with a grill, a set of tongs, a poker, an ash shovel and a grill brush. All made of stainless steel.
