This commercial ice cream maker freezes 12 kg of product in 240 minutes and chills all types of food products up to 20 kg in 90 minutes. Create creamy ice cream without micro air-bubbles or ice-crystals with the ice cream shock freezer feature. The dedicated ice cream cycle can run non stop at -45 degrees C, quickly freezing ice cream and gelato. This versatile unit has four different cycles for blast chilling and four cycles for shock freezing.

This blast chiller uses hot gas defrost, which saves you energy. The user-friendly soft touch control panel can be used confidently by any staff member. The accurate core probe automatically controls the length of the blast chilling cycle.
