Back in 2011, Comcater was engaged by Damian Heads to help fit out his newest Pony location in Sydney’s Neutral Bay. At the time, Damian Heads was the Executive Chef of Pony whilst also maintaining regular appearances on Channel 10’s Ready, Steady, Cook.
Happy with the work Comcater had done previously on the other two Pony restaurants, Damian once again engaged Comcater to assist with the equipment mix in the kitchen.
“Comcater supplied the kitchen equipment for Pony Lounge and Dining when it was built five years ago, and with the quality and reliability we have seen since, I had no hesitation in working with Comcater again on expanding the business,” said Damian.
With an 18 dish menu meant to be shared, the kitchen needed to be equipped to handle the fast turnover of dishes.
